Terms of Service

I joined this site quite a while ago and while I was familiar with the terms of service then, I'm not as of current. Just upon reading them out of the interest of applying I've noticed they aren't really enforced here a lot.

Have they changed significantly upon this janitor opening? Plenty of posts that don't go along with the guidelines exist here.

  • Doujinshi chapters (post #92564) Important to note that it's discouraged but not breaking the rules
  • Nude filter (post #93427) This is confirmed to be an edit
  • extreme body mutilation (post #82952) Notable to note that even the site owner himself had a point to make on that ever since that image of leafeon and flareon and ever since then more content along those lines was allowed.

How is extreme determined anyway? The post I linked above I'd consider extreme but others might say that's not extreme enough to violate the ToS.

I'm actually glad these rules aren't intensely enforced though. Doujinshi chapters would be a huge loss and some edits can be really nice.

I mostly wanted to confirm whether or not the ToS was the end be all for posting guidelines or more less just a framework that adjusts depending on the users of the site.

Judging from how this site has functioned over the past few years I'd say the latter but a statement on that would really be nice.

I didn't even know there is such a thing as a ToS here, and I'm a mod.

WELL THEN

Guess I gotta go favorite 99 images and I'll be set to apply.

Is the owner even recruiting mods
